Product Information and Colours

Products displayed on this site are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

Pricing Information

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 15%, and are therefore subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted. Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the specified rates below.

Prices of goods stated on the web site may be subject to changes without any liability on the part of Spanish Stepps. In such a case we will make you aware of this as soon as reasonably practicable and a full refund will be given, if required.

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods together with delivery charges. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery within Edinburgh is free of charge.

Postage and packing for UK deliveries is charged as follows:

Registered Post: £6.00
Special Delivery: £12.00

Returns and Exchanges

We will offer a refund or exchange on an unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.

If you return an item that we agree is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us by registered post (this does not affect your statutory rights).

If you are returning the item because it is unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be liable for the postage you paid when returning the item to us. Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the items.

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return any items to SpanishStepps please; complete the ‘Particulars of Return Form’ which will be sent out to you with your order, wrap your item/s safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to SpanishStepps (please not SpanishStepps is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit) and include your completed ‘Particulars of Return Form’ within your return package. Send your package back to ‘SpanishStepps, 12 Polwarth Terrace, Edinburgh, EH11 1ND’. We recommend you send it recorded or special delivery (please note SpanishStepps will be unable to refund items you were returning but were lost in the post).
